I want to say a HUGE thank you to some people that generously donated to my site Every little bit helps me out so much with my competition expenses.
It really means a lot to me. I have had so much support and positive feedback from fans and members of my site.

Don't forget to keep up with me in my ROAD TO USAS at

Yesterday I went bowling and had a great time. Everybody seemed surprised to see a bodybuilder bowl. LOL. I have to be honest at first I really bowled bad. I then was determined to fight back and give it my best. I finally got a feel or rhythm going. The second game I got 2 strikes YEAH!!! Even though I didn't get a good score I still gave it all I got. I haven't bowled since I was 11 yrs old. LOL

Now I am on a mission. I am not a food eating champ by far but I did do a 48 oz steak challenge in 20 mins. I want to attempt to do another food challenge and video tape it. haha. I have a bigger appetite than my boyfriend so I can't compete against him lol. I thought about doing a challenge with McDonald's cheeseburgers. I was hoping there was a place where I can go in Indianapolis or Terre Haute, Indiana where I could do a food challenge. But I think I am out of luck. Sam's Steakhouse is the only one I know of. Any suggestions.

I also would like to hear suggestions on video clips and photos that you would like to see on the website. I am always open to new things. I like to get Davids feedback on things so we will both look at the suggestions together. You can send your suggestions to
isabelleturell@hotmail.com

I also want to thank my boyfriend David for taking the time from his busy schedule and helping me out with taking photos and video for my website. he has done some fantastic work.

We are moving into our brand new apartment this week. I am so excited as it is so beautiful and top of the line. I admit I am not looking forward to moving as its just me and David doing the moving. ha ha. This should be really interesting. :) I think I may have to play sick that day.

You know David is an amazing person, and in my eyes he is the most amazing person in the world. I can't describe what I feel inside as there are no words for it. But He makes me very very happy. I am truly blessed to have found the love of my life.

Alright enough mushy talk....lol

I am back to my old self doing the hardcore training, and giving it all I got. I feel great and I am smooth sailing.

Please stop by, check out the thread and say Hi

I have had some real fun lately. I got the chance to go shooting for the first time last week. I was nervous as I didn't know what to expect. I got the opportunity to shoot a 9mm handgun, 40 caliber handgun, sub machine gun, M14, and a .308 sniper rifle. I had the most fun with the 9mm as it was the hardest for me to shoot. LOL. I wasn't going to let the 9mm get the best of me haha.

Well I haven't had any "Steak" challenges or food eating contest. LOL. I really wish I would have got video of me eating that monster steak. The hardest part with eating that steak was the fat. There was so much of it and it grossed me out. I had to drink water every time I put the steak fat in my mouth. "GROSS"

Okay well I think we are 17 or 16 weeks out before USAs. It will be here before we know it. I have had it really easy the past couple of months. With my recent move, its took a lot out of me.

I do have some good news. I am now an official NPC judge. Yeah! Test judging was very challenging. The hardest part for me was judging competitors that shared identical conditioning. *whew* talk about pressure. LOL. The good thing is my placings helped me pass my test :)

I want to share a couple of pictures with you

Lastly here are some pictures with me and David. Hes truly an amazing guy and I consider myself very lucky to have someone like him in my life. The second picture is from my phone and is from last weekend at the Southern Indiana bodybuilding show in Evansville.
